Our Human Resources team is a key strategic partner in the success of our associates and the assets which we manage.  Through our recruiting processes, competitive benefits programs and periodic employee assessments, our clients see the results of hiring, valuing and retaining quality personnel.

An integral piece of our human resource capacity is our information system.  We have implemented software and processes that meet the unique demands of property operations utilizing web-based payroll processing software and an automated timekeeping system.  Employee time is entered electronically at each community.  Payroll, taxes, insurance, benefits, etc. are processed at the corporate office.
